RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
E-liquid Policy: Salt & Pod Malaysia is unable to offer any returns, refunds, and/or exchanges with regard to e-liquids once the product has already shipped.
Open Pod System Device & Mod Device policy: Salt & Pod Malaysia is giving 7 days (started on date when the customer received) one to one exchange warranty.
Open System Pod Coil & Cartridge policy : Salt & Pod Malaysia is unable to offer any returns, refunds, and/or exchanges with regard to coils (eg: OCC, Cartridge, RBA, RTA, RDTA) once the product has already shipped.
Close System & Disposable policy : Salt & Pod Malaysia is unable to offer any returns, refunds, and/or exchanges with regard to close system pod & disposable once the product has already shipped.
No any refund or responsibility for parcel lost , parcel delay , parcel damage due to mishandling by courier service , if you found out your parcel is having issue mentioned, please contact us for help on claim is courier service willing to help.
No any refund or responsibility for parcel confiscate by customs malaysia or any relevant malaysia department during transit

SHIPPING
We are not liable by all items shipped by us or responsible by delays but we try to ship within 48 hour (working days: Monday to Saturday except public holiday) when the orders are placed. We can’t control the weather and/or the shipping companies progress whether the delivery time delay or slow response.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY/PURCHASE POLICY
Before making any purchase on our website, you need to certify that you are at least 18 years old of age (or the legal age specified by your country to be permitted to use electronic vaping devices) and the items purchased by you to be only used by you. MISTAKES/TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
If any of our product is mistakenly listed with a wrong price for whatever reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the purchased product(s) in question. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However, if the order has registered a charge and cancelled, we will credit back the amount charged into your credit card.

We may deliver messages to you via email or via WhatsApp or notices on the site or any other means to the address provided to us by you.
TERMINATION
