Refund policy
Ejuice , Accesories , Coils & Cartridge Policy :
Salt & Pod Malaysia is unable to offer any returns, refunds, and/or exchanges with regard to ejuice , accesories , Coil & Cartridge once the product has already shipped.
Pod System device policy :
Salt & Pod Malaysia is giving 7 days (started when the customer received) one to one exchange warranty. Except Brand : Nevoks & Dotmod have to contact malaysia customer service by buyer as it stated on their product policy
Close System Device or Any Disposable Device :
Salt & Pod Malaysia is unable to offer any returns, refunds, and/or exchanges with regard to close system device and disposable device once the product has already shipped.
Clearance Product :
Clearance Product it mean old stock no longer have any warranty by factory, even it's defect, buy and use at your own risk and is unable to offer any returns, refunds, and/or exchanges with regard to all clearance product. We can only offer 1 days exchange warranty after you get your parcel , following courrier service tracking system update
