We are not liable by all items shipped by us or responsible by delays but we try to ship within 48 hour (working hour) when the orders are placed. We can’t control the weather and/or the shipping companies. We are not responsible for any lost or damage item due to courier mishandling. We are not responsible for any confiscate due to customs malaysia.
